Shipping Policy From Sunday Winemakers

We want your wine to arrive in great shape and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we get our bottles from us to you.

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for any order on the Central Coast of NSW and on all orders over $100 anywhere in Australia (excluding WA and NT — see below). The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $100 (all states except WA & NT): $10.00 flat rate
  • Orders over $100 (all states except WA & NT): Free
  • Western Australia & Northern Territory (all orders): $25.00 flat rate

The extra cost for WA and NT reflects the additional distance and carrier charges involved in getting wine safely out that way.

Order Dispatch

We dispatch orders same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • NSW, VIC, ACT: 2–4 business days
  • QLD, SA: 3–6 business days
  • WA, NT, TAS: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only. During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, long weekends) please allow a few extra days.

Age Verification

As required by Australian law, we can only deliver alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. Age verification may be required upon delivery. By placing an order with From Sunday Winemakers you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

If no one is available to accept delivery and verify age, the carrier may leave a card and you'll need to arrange redelivery or collection.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Wine is fragile and occasionally things go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.

  • Take photos of any damaged bottles or packaging before disposing of them
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
