Sauvignon Blanc from Orange, NSW hits the sweet spot for us, the perfect balance of juicy tropical notes and fresh minerality. 

A refreshing style of Savvy B that's somewhere in the middle of New Zealand and France. It has delicious tropical notes a-la NZ but in a ‘not so in your face’ way, combined with the more subtle grassy character reminiscent of France. Heaven. 

Flinty minerality lends to a cool, crisp and refreshing wine with notes of apple, pear and tropical fruits. He’s a good time guy all round.
