The fruit for this wine was grown by Billy Mitchell in the cool climate, high altitude slopes of Orange, NSW. With altitude comes sunshine mixed with cooler temperatures so the grapes have plenty of time to develop lovely, intense flavours without losing their freshness.

A brighter, fresher, cool-climate style Shiraz, this wine shows the character of its growing conditons.

Bursting with dark berries, juicy red fruit and a cherry ripe finish, it has a freshness that is nothing short of moreish.
